What do I do if I get the wrong product / damaged products?
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Where is my order?
Every time we ship an order you receive an email with the tracking number and link.
Please look for it and check the status of the shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
When you place an order, our warehouse gets notified and starts the picking process.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations.
Can I use more than 1 discount code for the same order?
Sadly, no. Due to Shopify’s discount system capabilities, orders are limited to 1 discount each.
